1. Service Area
Presently, Computarwala is offering pick and delivery services within Agra, Uttar Pradesh, based on availability.
For destinations other than Agra, transportation of the product can be organized through courier services and will require the client’s consent.
2. Device Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery are offered only for certain kinds of services.
Charges (if any) will be informed in advance.
Customers must make sure that the device is accepted when they pick it up.
The time taken for delivery of the items can be affected by the level of service and the location.
3. Transportation of Parts & Accessories
The ordered parts/accessories meant for a customer can be dispatched through partnering courier firms.
The approximate time for delivery shall also be given as the order is confirmed.
Timesheets must be signed and returned the next day. Delays that result from the courier service, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are

The devices as well as their parts are packed in appropriate care.
Customers are encouraged to remove SIM cards, memory cards, and personal items before dropping off the devices for service.
The responsibility for damage pertaining to improper handling by third-party courier companies is not with Computarwala.

Any shipping/delivery fees (if applicable) will also be communicated before service confirmation.
Rates will depend on the distance, type of device, as well as the level of urgency.
Every extra charge for the courier service will be the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
