1.Service Area
Computer and laptop repair/services are only available in Agra. We do not provide repair or onsite services outside of Agra.
2. Products and Accessories Sale
We sell computer and laptop accessories to the whole of India. Product delivery timelines are based on courier services and location. We are not responsible for delays due to courier partners or natural issues.
3. Services Offered
We offer the following computer and laptop, related services:
- Hardware repair
- Software installation
- troubleshooting
- Maintenance
- upgrades
4. Diagnosis and Repair
Checking or diagnosing a device may be necessary if you want to have it repaired. The time for repair depends on the issue and the availability of spare parts. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.
5.Data Responsibility
Customers are required to back up all important data prior to the service. We are not responsible for data loss during repair, formatting, or software installation.
6. Warranty
If there is a service warranty, it is only for the specific service that was performed. Accessories and products are only covered by the manufacturers warranty, if there is one. Warranty does not cover physical damages, liquid damage, power fluctuations, or misuse.
7. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, a full payment has to be made after the service is completed.
An advance payment may be necessary if the request is for spare parts or a special order.
The price of products is not always the same and changes can be made without giving a prior notice.
8. Returns and Replacements
In the case of manufacturing defects only, the return or replacement of accessories is allowed.
Products must be in a new condition and their original packaging, as stated in the return policy.
There are no returns on software, installation, or used accessories.
9. Unclaimed Devices
It is possible that devices left uncollected for a long time after the completion of the service are out of our hands.
Costs for storage and handling may be charged.
10.Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held responsible for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of data, profit or business
Issues resulting from faults that exist or that are due to incorrect use by the customer
11. Changes to Terms
We may at any time and without giving a notice, decide to update or change these terms and conditions.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or buying our products, you acknowledge that you have gone through these terms and conditions and that you agree with them.
