Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is applicable to the purchases of computers, laptops, accessories, and related products made through our website within India and any repair or service offerings

If you place an order or use our services, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of this policy.

2. Order Cancellation 

One may cancel an order only if it is still with the preparatory stage i.e. prior to the dispatch.

After the product has been shipped from our warehouse, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

If the customers want to cancel the order, they should get in touch with the customer support team immediately with their order details.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement:

Refunds and replacements will be given consideration only in the following instances:

The product is damaged in transit.

The product is defective (manufacturing defect).

4. Non-Refundable / Non- Returnable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for the following:

Software, licenses, or digitally downloadable products

Fully or partially customized products or products made especially for you

Products that have been damaged due to the user’s misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair

Clearance or discounted products (except if defective)

5. Refund Process

Communication of approval will be made upon the receipt and inspection of the returned product. Approved refunds will be made within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will only be provided by the Online payment method.

6. Service & Repair Policy (If Applicable)

Cancellation of service requests is only possible before work commencement.

Cancellation and refund are not available after diagnosis or repair work has been started.

In cases where a technical issue prevents the completion of a service, a partial refund may be given after the deduction of inspection or labor charges.

The customer must backup their data. We are not responsible for any loss of data during the repair process.

7. Warranty

The manufacturer provides a product warranty, where applicable.

If provided, the service warranty is only limited to the specific service performed and does not cover physical, liquid, or misuse damages.
